How to Recover Your Old or Forgotten Tin Number in a Few Minutes

Have you forgot your old Tin number? Let’s follow the few steps below to recover the old, lost or forgotten tin number.

First, go to BIR website. https://www.bir.gov.ph at the bottom right corner of the website, click “Chat with Revie” and choose your desire language. English or Filipino.

Second, click the “Select” and choose TIN INQUIRY. Click “View” and you’ll be redirected to a Tin Inquiry Form.

Third, fill up the form and upload your goverment ID, also a selfie holding your ID.

After submitting the form, you will be redirected to where you can see a queue when live agent would be available. Mine only takes around 7 minutes to get my forgotten tin number.
